Who you are dealing with
SendHawk is a trading name of ScaleUp Teams Pty Ltd (ABN 58 689 259 989), 202/37 Barrack St, Perth WA 6000, Australia, a product of the CiteHawk group. These terms apply to anyone who uses the SendHawk website, API or MCP server. Contact: richard@citehawk.com.
The service
SendHawk lets you connect LinkedIn and Facebook accounts and publish or schedule posts to them through an API. It is currently provided for use by the CiteHawk group and invited users only, and is offered as is while it is being developed. Features may change.
Your responsibilities
- Connect only accounts and Pages you are authorised to manage.
- You are responsible for what you post. Follow LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies, Meta's Terms and Community Standards, and the law. Do not use SendHawk for spam, misleading content, or content that infringes anyone's rights.
- Keep your API keys and Profile-Keys secret, and tell us straight away if one is exposed.
Platforms
SendHawk depends on LinkedIn, Meta and, for some accounts, Zernio. They can change or withdraw their APIs, limit posting, or revoke access, and we are not responsible for their decisions. A post may fail or be delayed; we retry temporary failures and report the result through the API.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Ending
You can stop using SendHawk and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend access that breaches these terms or puts the service or a platform relationship at risk.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
